Paying for Tuition

Tuition, room and board and other special fees are due in full on the first day of the given semester. Students unable to make the full payment must make other arrangements with Student Account Services by the first day of each semester.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Tuition and Fees Payment Method Changes

Effective August 1, 2010 Westminster will charge a convenience fee of 2.5% on all credit card payments made for tuition and fees, including room and board.

After the August 1, 2010 date, restrictions in our merchant agreement will no longer permit the college to accept VISA. Other credit cards, including American Express, Discover, and MasterCard, can be used for payment of tuition and fees, but will be subject to the 2.5% fee.

To avoid being assessed a fee, an electronic check (ACH) payment option will be available online. to pay by electronic check (ACH), please have the following information available:

• Account number
• Check number
  

Online Payment

Westminster students may pay for tuition online through WebAdvisor using their Novell login and password.

In Person

Students wishing to pay in person may do so at the Cashier's Window in Bamberger Hall

By Phone

Students wishing to pay by phone may do so by calling the Cashier's Window at 801-832-2135

By Mail

Students wishing to pay their tuition by mail may do so by mailing their payment and tuition bill remittance-slip to:

If sending in a payment please indicate the students name and/or student ID number with the payment so that it can be applied correctly.
