The most rewarding part of his job is giving students a skill they’ll take with them forever. His favorite campus location is the Aviation Simulation & Testing Center. Aside from flying, Manny enjoys fishing, camping and playing basketball. The mountains are his favorite land location, because it’s an escape from the everyday norm. While in the air, he says it’s hard to pinpoint a favorite spot because it’s all so beautiful from above. As a self-proclaimed health nut, his favorite restaurants are Kneaders and Whole Foods. He also loves taking wheat grass shots.
