English Proficiency Requirements

Applicants whose native language is not English are required to submit the results of a test of English proficiency.

The following exams are accepted as proof of proficiency in English:

TOEFL - The Westminster College TOEFL institution code is 4948

Internet-based: 79 or higher for undergraduate study
100 or higher for graduate study

Paper-based: 550 or higher for undergraduate study
600 or higher for graduate study

IELTS
Overall band score of 6.0 or higher for undergraduate study
Overall band score of 7.5 or higher for graduate study

iTEP
Undergraduate: 5.5
Bridge: 4.5
WESLI: 3.5
