Guidelines for Art Submissions:
Alumni art exhibits are invited and chosen by a staff committee according to the artistic quality of the works, and the suitability of format for the Kim T. Adamson Alumni Art gallery physical space. Alumni exhibits run September-December and January-April. New alumni graduating in May are displayed May- August.
Alumni artists interested in exhibiting are invited to submit a portfolio to the Adamson Alumni Art Program. Portfolios should be submitted one month prior to the following deadlines:
• March 1
• July 1
• November 1
Portfolios should include:
• Artist statement and/or biography
• Artist resume
• Images on CD, photographs, or a website presentation.
• Publicity materials or reviews from previous exhibitions (if possible)
• A self-addressed and stamped envelope for submission materials return (materials and notification of committee decision will be returned one month prior to exhibit)

In lieu of commissions from artist works sold, the Alumni Art Program encourages an alumni gift be made to Westminster College.
