I have taught in the Philosophy Department at Westminster College continuously since the spring semester of 2003, many of those years as an adjunct instructor. I usually teach the introductory philosophy and ethics courses but also have experience teaching world religions, business ethics (in the MBA program), and Westminster's first-ever online philosophy course in the summer of 2012 (a class which I continue to teach). My areas of special interest include ethics, the philosophy of religion, and the place of religion in pluralistic democracies. In addition to the teaching that I do at Westminster, I also currently serve on an ethics committee at Salt Lake Regional Medical Center and have in the past been part of an ethics discussion group at Community Nursing Services in Salt Lake City, Utah.
