My first experience with flying came when I was 8 years old and I got to sit in the back seat of the airplane while my dad was working on getting his Private Pilots License, I was hooked! As a high school senior evaluating my options, I found out that I could go to college to become a pilot. I found Westminster, and it was a perfect fit for me. I started the program in 2002 as a Private Pilot student and by my senior year I was a CFI Intern. Upon graduation I was offered a position as a Full-time flight instructor. It was a great opportunity for me becuase it allowed me to sharpen my skills and prepared my for my dream of being an airline pilot. I currently work at SkyWest Airlines, but on my off days I work doing Oral Stage Checks at Westminster.
In what free time I have left, I like snow skiing, water skiing, wakeboarding, hiking and watching college football and basketball.
