Teaching Interests: General Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry

Research Interests: Environmental Analytical Chemistry, Carotenoids, Brewing.

I obtained my undergraduate degree in chemistry (B.Sc. Hons.) from the University of Bristol, England, in 1986. My Ph.D. was awarded from the same University in 1990. For three years I was a post-doctoral research associate at Kansas State University. It was here I began to teach on a regular basis. After 6 years teaching in community colleges (Colby Community College and Salt Lake Community College) I joined the faculty at Westminster in 1999.
