AboutI grew up in Moab, Utah and moved to SLC in my teens. I always wanted to attend Westminster and, at age 35, finally got my wish! I graduated in 1998 with a BS in psychology, then went to the University of Oregon (go Ducks!) where I received my MS degree in 1999 and a PhD in Developmental Psychology and Cognitive and Affective Neuroscience in July, 2002. I then returned to Westminster as a full time faculty member. |
Research/Teaching InterestsI am interested in the development of the executive attention system in toddlers and adolescents, and the role of executive attention in self-regulation and psychosocial outcomes. I enjoy teaching Introductory Psychology as well as Adolescent and Life Span Development and Cognitive Neuroscience. |
