Eligibility Requirements: Canadian citizens are eligible to apply for all programs, for certain counties; permanent residence of Canada who are graduates of a Canadian University are also eligible to apply. Applicants must have a GPA of 3.5 and show promise for fulfilling CSFP goals. Preference is given to applicants who have obtained a university degree within the past five years.
