Program Description: This program was established in order to increase the number of people of color in professional theater. Fellowships consist of a 40-44 week apprenticeship/mentoring in the areas of artistic and technical production, arts administration, informal seminars, community engagement in Washington, DC, and a stipend of up to $11,600.
