Description:

Program Description: The program aims to help low-income, minority, and disadvantaged students succeed in law school. Students are introduced to the study of law at the Council on Legal Education Summer Institute- a six-week residential program on a law school campus. The program charges $2,000, but low-income, first generation college graduates pay only $200. Students who complete the CLEO Summer Institute are eligible for the CLEO/Thurgood Marshall Scholarships, which provide tuition and fee waivers directly through recipients law school.
