Program Description: About six awards of $4,000 are given each year aiming to increase the number of minority PhD candidates in political science. Application Procedures: Please visit website for application materials.

Enrollment Requirement:

Eligibility Requirements: Applicants must be: " U.S. citizens. " In their senior year of college planning to enroll in a doctoral program in political science in the following year. " Or, students who are currently enrolled in a masters program and applying to a doctoral program. " Demonstrate financial need, an interest in teaching, and potential for success in graduate studies and research in political science.
