| Description: |
Applicants must be under-age-24, children of MOAA members, and children of active-duty, Reserve, National Guard, or retired enlisted military personnel. If such a child served in a Uniformed Service before completing college, however, his or her maximum are for eligibility will be increased by the number of years he or she so served, up to five years. Applicants are selected on the basis of their scholastic ability, citizenship, leadership, participation, and financial need. |
