The Westminster College Office of Marketing and Communications is seeking a new Office and Budget Coordinator to maintain the office and assist the Executive Director. The ideal candidate should be motivated, highly organized, and flexible. He or she should also have solid writing skills, have budget experience, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Ideal student will be majoring in finance, accounting, business management, or communications. Duties: Budget: • Coordinate all incoming invoices with the correct department. • Communicate with printers and designers to assure all invoices are paid. • Issue all check requests for incoming invoices. • Keep accurate records. • Assist with projecting budgetary requirements for the next year. Assist Executive Director • Assist the Executive Director with any necessary projects. • Maintain appointments and schedule. • Coordinate department contact and emails. Manage Staff Meetings • Take notes and coordinate all staff meetings and retreats. • Communicate with all staff about upcoming meetings and topics of discussion. Manage Work Study Schedule: • Coordinate and manage all work-study schedules. • Create semester work schedules. • Assist with any hiring. General administrative support as needed: • Office supplies ordering. • Schedule and create office gatherings. • Keep the office neat and organized. • Communicate with other departments about orders and projects. • Coordinating campus-wide orders.
