Description:

Have you ever thought it might be fun to be a mascot? If so, this might be the position for you. We are seeking a fun, energetic and talented student to wear the Griffin Mascot costume during home athletic events and other special events of the college. Griff will be responsible for entertaining and interacting with Griffin fans during athletic events, assist with promotional efforts, be a big part of "The Nest" (student fan group), design and build mascot props and work with supervisor on mascot "best practices". This position will be required to work nights/weekends and be approximately 4-6 hours per week during the athletic season's (fall, winter, and spring). • Entertain fans at home athletic, campus and community events. • Energize the student crowd by interacting with The Nest (student section) during home athletic events. • Learn and implement “Best Mascot” practices and policies.
