SUMMARY Receives callers/visitors (by telephone and in person), determines nature of business, and directs callers/visitors to proper destination.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.  Gathering caller's name and phone number; arranges for appointment with appropriate staff member, when necessary.  Directing caller to destination and (if appropriate) taking a message; including name of caller, time of call, phone number and a brief message. Obtaining information from prospective students (address, phone number, name, former schools attended, etc. Answering general questions Westminster Collecting and distributing messages. Coordinating campus visits for prospective students; making sure all aspects are covered. Assisting with sending confirmation emails and updating the name board. Other duties may be assigned.
