Why Should You Study Arts Administration?
Arts Administration students will explore and develop their artistic interests while they acquire practical business experience. Expertise in leadership, management, marketing, and finance are in demand in every successful artistic organization. Symphonies, orchestras, museums, theatres and community art centers can all benefit from competent students with an education rooted in the arts, communication skills and business principles specifically for nonprofit organizations. Westminster is the only college in the Intermountain West to offer an Arts Administration degree. Program Director Nina Vought says students will benefit from cross-disciplinary course work and expert faculty instruction from two of Westminster's finest programs--the Gore School of Business and the School of Arts & Sciences.
