Being offered Summer 2016!

Aviation summer camp will be held June 19-24, 2016 and is open to students entering their sophomore, junior, or senior year in high school.*

What to expect

Attending camp is a great way to get a feel for college and find out if an aviation career might be right for you. Campers stay in the Westminster Residence Halls, enjoy meals on campus, and participate in a wide variety of aviation and outdoor-themed activities, including:

  • Two flight lessons conducted by Westminster Certified Fight Instructors in Westminster-owned airplanes.
  • Simulation lessons in our Frasca 142--the same kind of simulator airlines use for interviews.
  • Career evaluation and exploration exercises to help students determine a more focused area of interest.

College Credit!

  • Students who have completed their sophomore year of high school (minimum) earn two (2) college credits. These lower-division, elective credits are transferable to other colleges. Value: $2662


$799--covers housing, meals, flights, and activity fees.

Students may want to bring spending money for incidentals throughout the week (vending machines, after hours snacks, etc).
