Population Genetics and Speculation in Artemia

Bobby continued his work on the population genetics of Artemia from GSL. He is using a high-resolution DNA melt curve method to characterize the polymorphism rate of the GSL Artemia population at the COI locus. In addition, he continued to establish assays for several more loci that can be used to distinguish Artemia from different populations - for instance, from GSL as opposed to Mono Lake.
