Westminster No. 2 in NAIA Poll

SALT LAKE CITY – The Westminster men’s basketball team received 288 points in the latest NAIA Coaches’ poll, placing them in the No. 2 spot. This is the highest ranking in school history, surpassing the No. 5 they were ranked last week. The No. 2 ranking is also the highest ranking for any team from the Frontier Conference all-time.

Westminster is 16-1 overall and riding a six-game winning streak. They began Frontier Conference play with wins over Montana State-Northern and Great Falls on the road last weekend. Westminster will return to the Behnken Field House on Thursday night when they host Montana Tech. That game will tipoff at 7:30 p.m. following the women’s game between the same two teams.
