Westminster College Appoints New Trustees
Henry S. Hemingway and Oscar Wood Moyle, IV to serve on the college’s Board of Trustees

SALT LAKE CITY– Westminster College recently announced the appointments of Henry S. Hemingway, president of Hemingway Group, LLC and Oscar Wood Moyle, IV, trustee of the R. Harold Burton Foundation, as the newest members of the college’s Board of Trustees.
Westminster's Board of Trustees is the governing organization of the institution, and is comprised of 35 members, including Westminster President Michael Bassis and Chair Bob Frankenberg. It is responsible for approving institutional policies and overseeing the strategic direction of the college.
“We are excited to welcome Hank and Wood as our newest trustees,” said Bassis. “They are taking on an important role here at Westminster, and we appreciate their willingness to help guide the institution through the next states of its development.”
Henry “Hank” S. Hemingway
Hemingway is returning to the college’s board having served as a Westminster trustee from 1989 to 1994. Hemingway, a former educator and current business executive, is president of Hemingway Group, LLC and serves as president of the Richard K. and Shirley S. Hemingway Foundation and Henry S. and Patrice Hemingway Foundation.
Hemingway and his wife, Patrice, reside in Salt Lake City.
Oscar Wood Moyle, IV
Moyle received his MBA from Westminster in 2006. He is currently a trustee of the R. Harold Burton Foundation, and serves as a trustee for the Edward L. Burton Foundation.
Moyle also serves as treasurer for the Utah Museum of Natural History Board of Trustees. He has been on that board since 1998. He also is a new committee member of the President’s Club at the University of Utah since the fall of 2008.
Moyle, his wife, Marianne, and their son currently reside in Park City.
