Westminster College Listed in Top Tier by USNews & World Report

SALT LAKE CITY– U.S.News & World Report announced today that for the 15th consecutive year, Westminster College has been ranked as a top-tier institution in its annually published guidebook which highlights America’s top colleges and universities.

In the 2010 edition, Westminster was also recognized as a great value for its category on the list of “Great Schools, Great Prices.”

“We are pleased that the college continues to be recognized as a quality institution in USNews,” said Westminster President Michael Bassis. “We realize this publication remains significant to prospective students and parents, be we also understand that these rankings do not fully reflect the type of learning that occurs during the college years. We encourage families in to consider many factors when selecting an ideal college, including the learning environment, accessibility of faculty, the campus community and the outcomes achieved by their graduates.”
