Winter at Westminster Sponsors Video Contest

Winter at Westminster, Dynastar, Backcountry.com, and Spy Hop Productions Team Up For Online Video Contest

Westminster College, in conjunction with the highly successful Winter at Westminster program, has recently teamed up with Dynastar, Backcountry.com, and Spy Hop Productions to launch a unique on-line video contest. The contest will involve teams of current Winter at Westminster students attempting to answer the question “How do you Winter at Westminster?”

Student teams will produce a one minute long online videos to be posted on YouTube.com. The winning student film makers will be judged on both the number of views their video receives and the overall ranking the video is given by YouTube viewers. In addition, the videos will be evaluated by others representatives from Dynastar, Backcountry.com, Spy Hop Productions and Westminster College.

Student film makers will be eligible to compete for prizes in four different categories which will include the Students Choice Award (Grand Prize), Dynastar’s Choice Award, Goats Gone Wild, and the Spy Hop’s Choice Award. Each contest category will have a different judging criteria, formula and prize package associated with it.
