The Office of Student Life is in search of one graduating senior to speak on behalf of the graduating class. Candidates interested in delivering the speech or who would like to nominate another student should apply by March 22, 2013. The speech should be three to five minutes in length. Ideally, the speech should reflect the experience of graduates of a liberal arts education. Interested graduates must send a letter of intent, along with an abstract of their speech and a brief resume, to the Office of Student Life, Shaw Center Suite 105 or to commencement@westminstercollege.edu. by March 22nd. It is important to include a telephone number and an address where you or your nominee may be contacted during the semester. Selected applicants will be notified by the Commencement Committee in early April and the final selection will be completed by early May.
