All of the faculty and student art exhibits are held in the Tanner Atrium of the Emma Eccles Jones Conservatory. They are available for viewing Monday through Saturday and are free to the public.

Faculty Art Exhibit

The Faculty Art Exhibit features selected artwork made by the current faculty of Westminster’s Art Department.

The Clothesline Project

The Clothesline Project is an emotional and impactful display that tributes survivors and victims of domestic and sexual violence. The display acts as a visual reminder of the statistics and personal stories that are often ignored. It is launched at the beginning of V-Day Week and is on display during The Vagina Monologues.

  • Opening Ceremony: February 2, 2009, 7-8:00 pm
  • Exhibit Dates: February 2 - February 7, 2009

Student Art Exhibit

The Student Art Exhibit displays pottery, paintings, photographs, and mixed-media works. Open for submissions from all Westminster students, this exhibit is juried by prominent members of Utah’s local art community.

  • Exhibit Dates: March 9 - March 23, 2009

Senior Art Exhibit

Produced and curated by Westminster’s graduating Art majors, the Senior Art Exhibit features examples of each student’s favorite artworks produced while earning their degrees from Westminster College.

  • Exhibit Dates: March 30 - April 23, 2008

 

McNair Scholars: Westminster is the only college in Utah selected as a site for McNair Scholars.
