Early Financial Aid Estimator

Freshman Aid Estimator

Many students have questions about their eligibility for scholarships and other types of financial assistance available at Westminster College. To help students and their families plan, we offer a free financial aid estimator service for incoming undergraduate students.

Based on the information you provide and the funding expected to be available for the 2010-2011 academic year, the estimator determines the student’s eligibility for merit and need scholarships and grants, work-study, and loans. The questions you answer will assist us in estimating the family contribution in accordance with the federal formula and guidelines. We then put together your estimated financial aid package assuming you will be an incoming member of the 2010-2011 class and your FAFSA will be on file with us by our April 15th priority deadline.

Our early financial aid estimator form can be filled out and submitted online or you may print a paper copy and either mail or fax it to our office. Please keep in mind that questions about the student’s parent(s) should be answered based on the parent with whom the student lives or the parent who will provide more than fifty percent of the student’s support during the 2010-2011 academic year. If that parent is remarried, information about the stepparent should also be included. Our financial aid staff is happy to answer any questions you have about the form. We can be reached by phone at (801) 832-2500 or by e-mail at financialaidoffice@westminstercollege.edu.
