Welcome from the Fitness, Wellness, and Recreation Director
"Westminster College is gaining a new dimension to campus life. Through integrating wellness within an already renowned academic setting, we have the formula for ultimate success. Strong positive correlations between regular physical activity and academic performance continue to support the importance of educating the “whole individual”—physically, intellectually, socially, emotionally, and spiritually.
"The Fitness, Wellness, and Recreation Department provides students with innovative programs to inspire integration of healthy practices into their daily lives—including their academic lives. We encourage the entire Westminster community—students, staff, faculty, and alumni—to enjoy all that the Health, Wellness, and Athletic Center can provide for each individual on his or her path to optimal wellness.
