The Fitness, Wellness, and Recreation Department provides a modest selection of wellness programming and will continue to increase programming in both number and scope over the next five years. Members have the opportunity to participate in variety of wellness seminars and specialized services designed to facilitate greater self-awareness and responsibility along one’s path to living a full and healthy life.

A campus-wide Wellness Committee meets regularly to coordinate wellness offerings around campus.  Employees Faculty/Staff Wellness program was a priority, and the result was Passport to Wellness.  The rallying cry is "MOVE MORE - EAT BETTER", and Westminster employees are encouraged, among other things, to get a free Fitness Assessment (available through the FWRD's Strength & Cardio Attendants), attend aerobic exercise classes, eat at least 2.5 cups of fruit/vegetables most days, and experience a meditation class.  Participants can look forward to earning points good toward massage, personal training, and other rewards.
