A campus-wide Wellness Committee meets regularly to coordinate wellness offerings around campus. Employees Faculty/Staff Wellness program was a priority, and the result was Passport to Wellness. The rallying cry is "MOVE MORE - EAT BETTER", and Westminster employees are encouraged, among other things, to get a free Fitness Assessment (available through the FWRD's Strength & Cardio Attendants), attend aerobic exercise classes, eat at least 2.5 cups of fruit/vegetables most days, and experience a meditation class. Participants can look forward to earning points good toward massage, personal training, and other rewards.
