BUDDY PACKAGES
Buddy Packages are available for members who wish to share their training session(s) with a partner or 'buddy'. The trainer will train both clients at the same time for the period of a regular one-hour session. Limit 2 participants. Both participants MUST be active members of the HWAC.

Meet the Personal Trainers
Josh Baca
Throughout his entire life, Josh has been a particularly active and health-conscious person. He has continually participated in organized sports from his early childhood years up to the collegiate level. This lifelong commitment to health has motivated Josh to become a personal trainer with Westminster. The focus of the Health and Wellness department on over health encouraged Josh to adopt its tenets in his own endeavor to live a healthy lifestyle. He is currently living in Salt Lake City while working on his undergraduate degrees in Justice Studies and Psychology.
Brian Hin

Health and fitness has always been a priority to Brian. Being raised in Utah, he enjoys many outdoor activities where hiking, tennis, biking, lacrosse, basketball, and snowboarding are among some of his favorites. His passion for health and fitness has driven him to become a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Having struggled with his own health and fitness in the past, Brian has transformed and dramatically increased the quality of his life in all areas by first focusing on his health. Brian’s training philosophy is inspired by the phrase, “Do Your Best and Forget the Rest” coined by celebrity trainer and P90X® creator Tony Horton. He’s excited to be a part of the Westminster team and is committed to helping others do their best and forgetting the rest to achieve happy and healthy lives. He currently resides in Salt Lake City, graduated from Westminster College with a Bachelor of Science (Aviation Management), and is currently an MBA student at Westminster College.
Kasen Wright

Kasen is extremely passionate about fitness. Growing up as an athlete, he developed a love for exercise. All throughout high school he devoted his time to basketball, tennis and competitive sprinting. Weight lifting was a key component to success in each of these sports, but it wasn't until college that Kasen discovered his love of the gym. Now a dedicated weight lifter and health fanatic, Kasen strives to keep himself in top notch shape through training, research and nutrition. He loves life as a physically fit person and wants to help you achieve the same happiness by meeting your fitness goals!
Aurora Green
Aurora is pursuing a degree in Geology and Applied Mathematics. Originally from Ohio, Aurora came to Utah to enjoy the many activities the state has to offer. She really enjoys hiking with her dog Stanley, backpacking and running (she is training for her second marathon!). Aurora participated in organized sports from a young age until graduating high school, soccer being her favorite. When she no longer had a sport to help her stay in shape, Aurora struggled to maintain her fitness level without external motivation. After realizing the overwhelming benefits of a healthy lifestyle, she has come to love finding motivation within herself and pushing past both physical and mental barriers to achieve goals. Aurora is excited to help others overcome their own barriers and enjoy a healthy and active lifestyle!
