Invest in Yourself
Like any worthy goal we set for ourselves, we cannot expect it to be achieved over night. Likewise, it takes time, along with dedication and commitment, to accomplish our fitness goals. As such, we strongly recommend purchasing multiply sessions versus only one or two. For more information on determining how many sessions is right for you, please contact us at lstusek@westminstercollege.edu.

Meet the Personal Trainers
Colby Ottley
Colby was born and raised in the small town of McMinnville, Oregon in the Great Northwest, and he came to Westminster College in January of 2007 as a transfer student. Colby graduated from Westminster in 2009 with a degree in English and History. Colby is an officer in the U.S. Army, and he also serves in the Utah Army National Guard. Following in his mother's footsteps, Colby is a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE).
Brian Hin
Health and fitness has always been a priority to Brian. Being raised in Utah, he enjoys many outdoor activities where hiking, tennis, biking, lacrosse, basketball, and snowboarding are among some of his favorites. His passion for health and fitness has driven him to become a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Having struggled with his own health and fitness in the past, Brian has transformed and dramatically increased the quality of his life in all areas by first focusing on his health. Brian’s training philosophy is inspired by the phrase, “Do Your Best and Forget the Rest” coined by celebrity trainer and P90X® creator Tony Horton. He’s excited to be a part of the Westminster team and is committed to helping others do their best and forgetting the rest to achieve happy and healthy lives. He currently resides in Salt Lake City, graduated from Westminster College with a Bachelor of Science (Aviation Management), and is currently an MBA student at Westminster College.
Aaron Cooper
Aaron was born in Seattle, Washington, and came to Westminster College in 2007. Aaron loves the outdoor opportunities that Utah has to offer, especially hiking and snowboarding. At Westminster, Aaron is studying Economics Pre-law and minoring in Business. He is not exactly sure what to do after graduating in 2011, but will probably move back to the Pacific Northwest. Aaron is certified through the American Council on Exercise, and enjoys living a healthy and fit lifestyle, as well as motivating others to improve and maintain a healthy and fit lifestyle.
Jamie Jackman
Maintaining a healthy lifestyle by incorporating healthy habits that one can realistically maintain on a day-to-day basis is Jamie's philosophy. She considers herself more of a coach than a trainer because she feels that making the decision to be the best version of ourselves is up to the individual. She truly enjoys helping her clients set goals, and helping them develop plans to achieve them.
In addition to being a Fitness Coach, Jamie is a Nursing student, a mom of two boys, ages 9 and 5, and an avid biker.
Jamie is a NASM certified trainer, is one of the few certified Kettlebell Instructors in Utah, is a Physical Mind certified Pilates instructor, and is a Johnny G. certified spin instructor.
Jamie resides in Park City with her two boys and feels fortunate to live in an area where there is so much to do recreationally right out her front door.
