Students exploring the water in the Great Salt Lake Website
Camp Great Salt Lake 2013

Camp Great Salt Lake 2013 was a huge sucess!  Fourteen students spent the week with us and studied Great Salt Lake science with us at Westminster College. We gathered samples at the lake (paddle boarding and kayaking were involved) and analyzed the lake's salty waters in the lab. We collaborated with the Utah Museum of Fine Arts and Dia Art Foundation in our exploration of the iconic Spiral Jetty. The week culminated in Camp GSL students teaching the public at the Antelope Island Bike ride about Great Satl Lake!
