Sugarhood(ie) Design Contest
What is it?
We invite all Westminster Griffins to submit an original design idea for what is sure to become the ultimate, must-have school swag, The Westminster Sugarhoodie. Cool fall nights are just around the corner, and we’re calling on your creativity to design something fab for your fellow Griffins. Simply submit your idea for consideration and we’ll let the student body vote the week of September 29th. The winning design will live on in what’s destined to be a ubiquitous little piece of school spirit. And we’ll give the winner a bunch of cool stuff too, in addition to all those bragging rights.
Your design should contain everything you love about Westminster and the surrounding neighborhood of Sugar House. The final design will be on the front of a hooded sweatshirt with a pocket.

Any and all individuals who chose to submit artwork for contest consideration, automatically agree to abide by the following rules:

CONTEST ENTRY GUIDELINES
All designs must be submitted by Wednesday, September 22nd at 11:59PM MDT. Submissions must be submitted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org in either .eps, .ai, or .pdf format with a resolution of 300 dpi, have the following dimensions (12 in. x 12 in.) and a file size not to exceed 25MB. If your file is larger, please use FileSafe to complete your transfer.
All submissions will first be judged by a committee of Westminster College faculty and staff, and ten (10) entries will be selected for a school-wide vote that will begin on Monday, September 29, 2014 at 10:00AM MDT. The voting platform will be hosted on Facebook and will close at on Friday, October 3, 2014 at 11:59PM MDT.
All work, upon submission, becomes the property of Westminster College and cannot be reproduced or used in or for other projects, exhibits, or other artistic, commercial venues, or purposes. All entries must contain copyright-free art. No unauthorized use of any copyright images, text or other material will be accepted. All submissions encouraged to comport with Westminster College brand and logo guidelines which can be found here:
