Westminster Staff Handbook

The Staff Handbook is designed to acquaint employees with Westminster College and provide information about working conditions, employee benefits, and policies affecting employment. You will need the free Adobe Acrobat Reader software (installed on all campus computers) to view and print the file. See the relevant sections below for download options.

Accessing the Handbook

The staff handbook is available on Web Advisor. 

1. Navigate to Web Advisor by clicking on the above link.
2. Log onto Web Advisor.
3. Click on the "Employees" link.
4. Click on the "Staff Hanbook" link under the "Policies" section.
