eBooks have the same content and parts as printed books, but you can read them on your computer over the Web. The Giovale Library buys ebooks from a number of vendors, including netLibrary, ebrary, Safari Tech Books, and the American Council of Learned Societies. As long as you are a registered student of Westminster College, you will be able to access these books from anywhere in the world over the Web.
In order to access all of its books and features, netLibrary requires you to create a free account—similar to creating an email account with a provider like Hotmail or Yahoo! You must create this account through the link above or through the Giovale Library's web page. After creating your account you may log in to it using any computer anywhere in the world that has web access.
ebrary requires you to download a small piece of software your computer will use to display the books you find.
