Desert Resources: Books

When researching the desert there are many different aspects one can explore. Instead of listing specific titles regarding the desert, this short guide will help you in searching the Giovale Library catalog for books about the desert.

How to access the Giovale Library catalog:

1. From the main library web page www.westminstercollege.edu/library click on the 'catalogs' link in the top navigation banner. The Library Catalogs web page will display.
2. Click on the 'Start here >> Giovale Library Catalog' link. The Giovale Library Catalog will display.
3. From the 'Search:' pull-down menu in the catalog select 'Subject Alphabetical' as illustrated in the image below.
   
   
4. Input the subject term 'deserts' and click the red Go button to begin the search. A list of results will display for all subjects beginning with the term deserts as illustrated in the image below.
   
   
5. You can browse through the list of results by clicking the 'Next 15 Subject' link. If you find a topic of interest, simply click on the link in the list and the titles of books pertaining to that subject will display as illustrated in the image below.
