ERIC Test Collection

"ERIC Test Collection"
The Test Locator is a joint project of the ERIC Clearinghouse on Assessment and Evaluation, the Library and Reference Services Division of the Educational Testing Service, the Buros Institute of Mental Measurements at the University of Nebraska in Lincoln, the Region III Comprehensive Center at GW University, and Pro-Ed test publishers.
It includes the following parts:

  • ETS/ERIC Test File
The Educational Testing Service (ETS) Test Collection database contains descriptions of over 15,000 tests and research instruments. The collection encompasses virtually all fields from vocational interest inventories for adults to instruments that measure shyness or predict recidivism in released criminal offenders, to assessment of managerial style, as well as education-related achievement and aptitude tests. The test descriptions are indexed with ERIC Thesaurus terms for subject accessibility. The Giovale Library now has the ETS Tests in Microfiche collection, covering 1990-2000.
  • Test Review Locator
  • Buros/ERIC Test Publisher Locator
  • Buros Classified Subject Index
  • CEEE/ERIC Test Database (tests commonly used with LEP students)
