Of the nearly 1,000 journals indexed in CINAHL, about 500 titles include abstracts. The majority of the articles indexed in the database are not available in full text. Full text is limited to selected state nursing journal articles, pamphlet material, standards of practice, practice acts, research instruments, and critical paths.
