The yearbooks are located in the Reference Collection under the call number LD 6031 .W568 E85. A few of the more rare volumes may need to be requested at the Circulation Desk, since they are shelved in the Archives Collection.
The index is easy to use. After each name or subject, there is a year followed by a number. The first numeral represents the year of the appropriate yearbook, while the second number is the specific page number where the information can be found.
For example, if you selected the letter J from the Yearbook Index pull-down list, you would find a listing for Jackson, Sheldon (Dr.) that begins with "1919, 13; 1920, 14". This indicates that the first mention of Sheldon Jackson is found in the 1919 yearbook on page 13 and the second occurrence is in the 1920 yearbook on page 14.
