Library Help via Chat
Westminster students, faculty, and staff can send online instant
messages to the Giovale Library to receive assistance. This service will be
available from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Monday through Friday while classes are in session.
To use the Live Chat service, simply use the chat window to the left. You do not need
an account with a chat program such as AIM, GoogleTalk, or MSN. Please note this
service does require Adobe Flash Player.
If a library staff member doesn't respond quickly, they may be helping another user
at the current time. You are welcome to leave your question and email address to receive a
speedy reply, or you may use an alternative method of contacting us such as phone, email,
or by filling out an appointment request.
