  • National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education - NCATE is a coalition of 33 specialty professional associations of teachers, teacher educators, content specialists, and local and state policy makers. The U. S. Department of Education and the Council for Higher Education Accreditation recognize NCATE as a professional accrediting body for teacher preparation.
  • National Education Association - The association was founded in 1857 "to elevate the character and advance the interests of the profession of teaching and to promote the cause of education in the United States.
  • International Technology Education Association - This is the largest professional educational association, principle voice, and information clearinghouse devoted to enhancing technology education through experiences in our schools (K-12). Its membership encompasses individuals and institutions from throughout the world with the primary membership being in North America.

  • Utah State Office of Education - Contains information on curriculum, educator licensing, statistics and other information about educational programs in Utah.
  • Utah State Office K-12 Core Curriculum - lists standards and objectives for all grade levels in different subject areas.
