Putting Materials on Reserve
AccessStudents may access books, DVDs, and other physical materials by requesting them at the Circulation Desk in the Giovale Library. All articles will be available online via our library catalog in .pdf format which can be printed or downloaded. Checkout DurationThe length of time materials on Reserve circulate is at the discretion of the professor. Materials may circulate for 2 Hours, 4 Hours, 24 Hours, 2 Days, or 7 Days. Materials which are in very high demand due to class size, or item format, are often put on reserve as "Library Use Only". Steps for Faculty to Put Materials on Reserve
Due to time and staff limitations, we cannot guarantee your reserve materials will be immediately available for students unless you have submitted your Reserve Requests well before the first day of classes. Returning MaterialsAt the end of the semester, items on reserve will be automatically withdrawn and returned to the faculty member, unless faculty request a renewal of the reserve status.
