2013 May and Summer Term Tuition

May term tuition is $1,155 per hour, but students can apply their "free" May term credits to either the May term or to the Summer semester. Payment of full-time tuition for Fall and/or Spring semesters earns two hours each, for a possible total of four hours. To apply 2 earned hours to the Summer semester, students must register for a minimum of three total credit hours. To apply 4 earned hours, students must register for 6 or more credit hours.

In addition, undergraduate summer tuition is discounted from $1,155 to $768 per credit hour for 2013.  And remember, there are no fees during summer semester. So it's your choice...enjoy unique, inspiring courses during an intensive May session or pick up a couple of classes that satisfy your degree requirements during the summer months.

Registration Information

Students may register for May Term Study Experiences by completing the May Term Registration Form. A $300.00 non-refundable fee is required to reserve your spot. This fee goes towards the total program costs and is non-refundable unless Westminster cancels the study experience.

To Register:

  1. Fill out the May Term Registration Form. Don't forget to SELECT the class you want to register for, and sign the form.
  2. Take the completed form to the faculty leader for approval and signature.
  3. Take the signed form to the Cashier's window and pay the $300 non-refundable deposit.  Remember that the Cashier does not accept Visa credit cards.
  4. Bring your completed registration form to the Diversity & International Center (lower level of Shaw).

Deposit Schedule for all May Term Study Experiences:

  1. $300 deposit due before registering for the study experience (the deposit goes towards your total MTSE cost)
  2. 50% due by January 15, 2013
  3. Payment in full due by March 1 or date indicated on the MTSE syllabus
