How and when should I register? If you have made a decision on your destination you will need to secure your spot in the class. Please keep in mind that the trips are a first come, first served basis. Registration will take place on WebAdvisor on spring registration day, Monday, March 25, 2013 at 7:30 a.m. To register for your International Context Tour, you will simply need to register for MBA 699C (if you're an MBA student) or MTECH 699 (if you're an MBATM student). Please note we have a limited amount of space for each trip. You will then receive a packet in the mail and via email in late November with details on deadlines and other documents that you will need to submit to our office.
Can I bring my spouse or significant other? Yes, provided there is space is available on the trip. Registration for spouses/significant others will take place after spring registration opens. Please send the name of your spouse to Baptiste or Diana once registration opens on March 25 and your spouse/significant other will be added to a waiting list. Please note that spouses/significant others must attend ALL business visits and activities during the International Context Tour. The cost per spouse/significant other will be $4,250. You will be notified mid-June if your spouse/significant other made it on the trip.
Do I need a passport? Yes! You will need a current passport (valid for 6 months after the Context Tour returns according to Federal regulations). If you don't have a passport, you should apply for one right away. If you are not a current US citizen, please ensure your paperwork is in order to travel internationally.
