Leader(s) review candidate applications and select participants.

Conduct interviews if appropriate and finalize next years participants.

Call each applicant to confirm attendance, confidentiality and active participation commitments, or to encourage applicant to apply next year.

Call each mentor to confirm participation for next year.

Master Track participant notification of acceptance

2013

First Peer-to-Peer meeting.

Concurrent Sessions:

• Mentor briefing in the morning.
• Participant exercise and norms agreement in morning.

Speed-dating at lunch. Participants and mentors select top three choices. Leader(s) match mentors and mentees.

Mentors go home, participants do timeline. Participants encouraged to call their mentors, introduce themselves, set first meeting date.

 Regularly-scheduled, mandatory Saturday meetings from 9:30-3:30.

"Final Dinner" at a home, mentors and significant others invited.
