Eligibility: Open to Westminster students only, the Chamber Singers are Westminster's elite, touring choir. Since they were organized in 1996, their combination of youthful exuberance and artistically advanced performance of sacred and secular music has been in demand at a variety of venues both on and off campus. In recent years they have toured Utah, Nevada, Washington D.C., and New York City where, in 2002, they performed John Rutter's Gloria with several other college choirs in Carnegie Hall under Rutter's direction.  In 2006, they went on a European tour encompassing both Spain and France and in 2008 they performed in the Cultural Olympics preceding the 2008 Beijng Summer Olympics.

Auditions: An audition, which includes singing a prepared musical selection from memory, is required for acceptance into the choir. Auditions are always held the first week of fall semester.

Uniforms: Choir dresses and tuxedos cost approximately $100 per person.
