Studying Physics...
is a wonderful way to experience and behold the natural world with greater clarity - a way to better understand and communicate with nature.

A New Physics Club Has Come to Westminster College!

It is a chapter of the Society of Physics Students (SPS). It was the brainchild of Westminster students Ryker Baily, Garritt Tucker, Todd Johansen, Yevtte Davis, Mayo Miller and Chad Owens. Being so new--they just started in the spring of 2005--they haven't had a chance for many activities. They have judged a science fair, planned visits to the nuclear reactor at the University of Utah and scheduled tutoring. Dr. Peter Conwell is the club advisor.

With a total enrollment of about 2,600 hundred individuals, anyone can have a big impact on our campus.
