Westminster College Announces New Director of Spiritual Life

SALT LAKE CITY - Westminster College has appointed Saundra Stabler Diehl as the new Director of Spiritual Life. Diehl will work to help Westminster students, faculty and staff understand and grow in their individual spiritual lives.

Diehl has worked with high school and college students both in the Czech Republic and the United States. In the Czech Republic, Diehl co-founded a faith-based organization, the Fishnet American Czech Agency, and taught English to Czech youth and adults. She has worked at the Stony Brook School on Long Island, teaching art, coaching track and working as a residence hall parent. Diehl has worked most recently as an artist, turning genealogical research into images expressed in watercolor and calligraphy.

Diehl holds a bachelor of arts degree in art and education and a master of arts in theology, both from Wheaton College in Illinois. She has a great interest in using creative communication skills to guide others in their spiritual lives.
