Olwell, Behnken, and Stock Halls
Upper-classmen and transfer students generally live in our apartment-style Residence Halls: Olwell, Behnken, and Stock. Our apartments house between two and six individuals, with each person having his/her own bedroom.
A telephone with caller ID is provided in the common room of each apartment. Telephones for private bedrooms are available to rent (free of charge) upon request. No other land line phones or answering machines will work on campus. Long distance services can be accessed only by calling cards. Each building is also equipped with wireless internet access. However, you will need to supply your own computer. There are also heating and air conditioning units in each apartment.
All residential students are required to be on at least the minimum meal plan through the cafeteria to ensure a healthy diet.
Residents in each apartment are responsible for keeping their bedrooms and apartment clean. Each apartment is equipped with a vacuum; but you and your roommates will need to purchase your own cleaning supplies and toilet paper. Housekeeping services will be provided for the lobby and hallways. Each hall also has a laundry room with card-operated washers and dryers that are self-serve. There is no linen or laundry service.
There is parking for residents in the lot behind Stock Hall. Various games and recreational activities are in the community room of Behnken and Stock Halls for all residents. There is also an outdoor volleyball court and outdoor climbing wall.
