Century Apartments

The Century Apartments are located just south of Behnken Hall on Douglas Avenue, about a three minute walk from campus. Upper-classmen and transfer students generally live in the Century Apartments, sharing a bedroom with one other individual. Students who choose to live in the Century Apartments are not required to have a meal plan.

All Century Apartment contracts are nine-month (August to May) and coordinated through the Student Life Office as part of housing selection. Century Apartments are a gender-neutral housing option. The majority of the apartments at the Century are double rooms. There are two apartments at the Century that offer single room accommodations.

Each apartment is fully furnished and utilities are included at no additional cost. Wireless Internet and Cable TV access are provided. Kitchens are outfitted with a microwave, range, and all the usual amenities. On-site laundry machines are accessible. Residents in each apartment are responsible for keeping their bedrooms and apartment clean. Each apartment is equipped with a vacuum; but you and your roommate will need to purchase your own cleaning supplies and toilet paper. Each apartment has a designated parking stall.

• standard twin-size beds

• dressers

  

• built-in closets

• bookcases

• desks and chairs

Each apartment has a:

• kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, sink, and cabinets

• dining area equipped with dining table and chairs

• living room

• bathroom

• reserved parking stall
