Westminster on the Draw

This brand new building is open to upper-classmen and transfer students. These apartments house between three and five individuals, with each person having his/her own bedroom. All Westminster on the Draw contracts are eleven-month (August to June) and coordinated through the Residence Life Office as part of housing selection.

Each apartment is fully furnished and utilities are included at no additional cost. Wireless Internet and Premium Cable TV access are provided. Kitchens are outfitted with a microwave, range, dishwasher and all the usual amenities. There are also laundry machines in each unit. Residents in each apartment are responsible for keeping their bedrooms and apartment clean. Each apartment is equipped with a vacuum; but you and your roommate will need to purchase your own cleaning supplies and toilet paper. 

Each bedroom is furnished with:  

• twin-size bed

• dresser

• closet space

• desk and chair

Each apartment has a:

• living room with couch and chairs

• dining area equipped with chairs

• kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, sink, dishwasher, and cabinets

• two bathrooms

• washer and dryer (in each unit)
