If you'd like to contact a ResNet technician for assistance with connecting your personal computer to the Internet, you can do the following:

• Use the online form to request a ResNet Technician
• Contact the General Computing Lab Help Desk at 801.832.2014

NOTE: If you are contacting a ResNet technician for assistance connecting your computer to the Internet, your computer must have a functioning network interface card and you must have a CAT 5 cable to connect your computer to the network port. The ResNet technicians cannot install any hardware or any non-supported software.
